Request for perusal
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, DUO can only use personal data with the client's permission. By the same Act you may ask DUO for perusal, correction of and/or objection with regard to the collection of your personal data.
The right to perusal is a request to find out which personal data DUO has handled. The right to correction is a request to correct, complete or erase data which are incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant. The right to object is a request to cease the data processing. You can send the request, together with a copy of a valid proof of identification and, if necessary, an authorization or document proving legal representation (passport, marriage certificate, judicial decision) to:
